Download the player onto the screen itself or the device connected to it, then follow the steps to install it.

How to install

  1. Download the fileOpen this page in the screen’s browser and tap “Download for Android”, or copy the file to the device on a USB drive.
  2. Allow the installIf a security warning appears, turn on “Allow from this source” in the device settings.
  3. Install the appOpen the file you downloaded and tap “Install”.
  4. Connect the screenOpen NshrHub on the screen, then finish linking it to your account in the dashboard.

For PCs connected to display screens.

How to install

  1. Download the installerSave the file on the PC connected to your screen.
  2. Run the installerOpen the file and follow the setup steps through to the end.
  3. Connect the screenOpen NshrHub, then finish linking the screen to your account in the dashboard.
  4. Adjust power settingsTurn off sleep and automatic display shutoff in the Windows power settings so your content keeps playing without interruption.

No file to download here. The app installs straight from the screen’s settings and runs on it without any extra device.

How to install

  1. On the screen’s remote, press Settings
  2. Go to EZ Setting, then SI Server Setting
  3. Select SI Server Setting again
  4. Application Launch Mode: Local
  5. Fully Qualified Domain Name: On
  6. Application Type: IPK
  7. Local Application Upgrade: REMOTE
  8. In the FQDN Address field, enter the app link
  9. Save and restart the screen, and it installs the app automatically

Samsung screens

How to install

  1. Open the home menuPress the Home button on the remote.
  2. Open the launcher settingsSelect URL Launcher Settings from the bottom bar.Don’t see it? First set Play via to URL Launcher in the system settings.
  3. Enter the folder linkSelect Install Web App and type the folder link shown above exactly as it appears, including the / at the end.The link points to a folder, not a file, so keep the slash at the end. Without it, the install may fail.
  4. Finish the installPress Done. The screen downloads the app from the folder and installs it automatically, then you link the screen to your account.

Common setup questions

My screen isn’t smart. Can I still use NshrHub?

Of course. Connect the screen to an Android device or a Windows PC over HDMI, then install the player on that device.

Do LG and Samsung screens need an extra device?

No. The app installs from the screen’s settings and runs right on the screen, with no external device.

What do I do after installing the player?

Link the screen to your account, then manage what it shows from the dashboard: upload content, schedule it, and update it whenever you like.
